Wasteland travelerby *Adele-Waldrom

Kalyna, is part of a roving tribe travelling long journeys across the wastelands of future Europe from one village to the next. To make their stay more welcome in villages, her tribe pass on messages, teach their ways and provide trade for rare goods.

The wasteland is humid during the day but bitter cold at night. The floor is littered with poisonous brambles and insects. this is why the travellers wear thick leg armour and boots, even in the heat, but their loose rag tops prevent them from over heating.

The weapon Kalyna weilds, is a Splade, one of the traditional tools of the roving tribe as is can be used for numerous tasks including protecting yourself. Kalyna, is a scout, travelling days ahead of the caravans to reach the villages first to tell of the tribes arrival, so having such a multi-tool as well as the wasteland knowledge of the roving tribe, is vital for her survival.

A repaint of my old work I've been working on for a long time because of other projects getting in the way.

wow i love it. The originality of it is so good. This is a well thought piece of artwork. To me it has a sense of fantasy in it. It looks like a post apocalyptic world. And a female trying to survive would need such a gadget as the one she has. The clothing is great however i think since the surrounding is tropical and hot she shouldn't wear such large boots. The background is perfect. I am interested more in this project. To me i need to know more of this so i could understand the concept more. Overall great job.
